Once you’re done treating and you’re either healed or you are as good as you’re going to get, it’s at that point that we will then go send a demand to the other side’s insurance company, maybe your own insurance company. That’s when we’ll go ask for money, and that could be a few months after you’re injured or it could be a year or even longer depending on how serious your injury is and how long your treatment has taken.
