We are excited to share big news about our team. In early December, attorney Shawn Hogbin was sworn in to the Federal Court for the District of Maryland in Baltimore. Not only is this an important step in Shawn’s career, but it is also an important step for the firm — it enables Skinner Accident & Injury Lawyers to serve even more people in the state of Maryland.
This swearing-in means Shawn is now allowed to handle and try cases in federal court in Maryland. The Federal Court follows its own rules and procedures, which makes admission a major achievement. Shawn worked through a detailed process to reach this goal, and we are proud of him.
