Meet Greyson & Cassidy

Greyson and Cassidy both came to the Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County (AWSJC) from other rescues. Greyson, a 3-year-old grey-and-white male, arrived after his owner passed away and he was left to fend for himself. The AWSJC took him in with the hope of finding him a forever home; the poor thing has been through so much already.

Despite his challenges, Greyson is a sweet, laidback, and talkative guy with quite the personality – he will definitely let you know when he wants something!

In contrast, Cassidy, a 1-year-old grey female, is more on the shy side.  However, outgoing Greyson helps ease her into feeling more comfortable in new environments. They’re the perfect duo.

Both cats would do best in a quiet home where they can enjoy each other’s company. Although Greyson and Cassidy did not come in together, they both fell in love with one another, and the folks at the AWSJC could not imagine separating them at this point!

They do not mind other cats. Greyson is fine with calm, respectful dogs and older kids, while Cassidy is more wary of them. Both are domestic short-haired cats, weighing in around 9-10 lbs, with a laid-back energy level. Both are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped.
