Founded in 1969 in Charles Town, West Virginia, the Skinner Accident & Injury Lawyers’ team has represented thousands of clients across the tri-state region and recovered over $100 million dollars for our clients. The firm used to be a general practice firm, handling wills, and estates and real estate and family law cases. We have spent the past two decades increasingly focused on personal injury and consumer protection cases.
